National Park KOZARA and Mrakovica plateau (Historic museum and monument to the 2nd World War victims) is app. 50 km away from Banja Luka. Kozara is the mountain with a very dynamic relief with heights that do not exceed 1000 m above the sea level. It was proclaimed a protected national forest in 1967. Situated between the rivers Una, Sava, Sana and Vrbas, these 3,375 hectares of dense forest and hilly meadows have earned the nickname "Green Beauty of Krajina".
Pure mountain springs, evergreen forest and scents of the healing herbs add a special quality to the emotional experience of Kozara. A smaller part of the park is designated for nature lovers. Walking, hiking, biking and herb picking are among the many activities in Kozara.

Laktaši Spa is situated next to a small, same named town, in a quiet and attractive natural ambient, surrounded by green area, trees and other park vegetation. It has a long tradition in using thermal water where as tourists and visitors can have full medical treatment covering a set of therapeutic procedures conducted by professional and highly educated staff. In its facilities Laktaši Spa offers two indoor pools and five baths and patients have the opportunity to have a bath in a spring which is in one of the pools.

Slatina Spa is situated in a tourist place bearing the same name, 12 km towards the south from the centre of Laktaši, at 206 m above the sea level. Main characteristics of the place are clear air, abundant springs of thermal/mineral water reaching the temperature of 42*C and springs of drinkable water known under the name "Kiseljaci". Slatina is one remote, not polluted by any industry and a quiet tourist resort with long tradition in spa and tourism. The place itself has the nickname Ilidža, a Turkish word for a spa and a thermal spring in general.
